Spelling and Grammar- Grammar

If you have ever looked at the Spag.com homework that I have started to set for your child or have glanced through the grammar papers that they have come home with this term then you will have seen that some of the technical vocabulary that comes with this part of English is almost like an alien language.

To help with this The School Run.com has put together a helpful list of the technical vocabulary along with definitions. This way when you support your child with their homework, you can both look up definitions if it is needed.

I also found this book invaluable, I have it in class where anyone  can refer to it. It covers all aspects of the KS2 Grammar expectations and presents it in a bright and simplistic way.
